Apricot Glazed Pork Chops

Grilled pork chops are a delicious protein to serve at dinner. There are so many ways you can cook them, too! BBQ them, glaze them, lightly marinated…it’s all so good! Today, we’re giving you a fantastic apricot glazed grilled pork chop recipe! Your whole family is bound to love this sweet and slightly spicy glaze!

Ingredients:

1 cup apricot preserves

½ cup pineapple juice

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tsp crushed chili flakes

4-6 pork chops

Method:

First, make your glaze. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except for the pork chops. Stir together and bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes to reduce slightly. Allow to cool slightly and separate into two bowls.

After you have your glaze made, it’s time to start grilling. Heat your grill up. While the grill is heating, brush a little of the glaze on both sides of the pork chop.

When grilling, apply more sauce to the pork chop whenever you flip it. Cook to desired doneness. When you remove it from the grill, brush with more of the glaze from the bowl that didn’t have any raw pork contamination. Serve with any vegetable and starch! Enjoy!
