Lemon and herb blends are two flavors that undoubtedly go great together. Even just the aromas of both ingredients are fantastic!
This recipe can either be baked or grilled–so you can use it and then switch up how you have your chicken! Here’s what you’ll need:

4 chicken breasts
4 sprigs rosemary, cleaned, leaves only
4 sprigs times, cleaned, leaves only
1/2 bunch parsley, leaves only
1 tsp garlic, minced
2 lemons
2 tbl olive oil
Chop up all the herbs and sprinkle over the chicken on both sides. Next, drizzle with the oil and squeeze fresh lemon juice over top. Allow marinating for up to 6 hours. Bake or grill as desired! Enjoy!
Note: After marinated in the lemon juice, the outside of the chicken will probably look ‘cooked.’ This is because of the acids in the lemon reacting and “cooking” the chicken. This is completely normal and you can continue to cook your chicken.
